Process/Food Technologist

Discover Your Role at OMVE

As a Process/Food Technologist, you’ll play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and developing our R&D and pilot machines. You’ll test, validate, and improve our machines to meet the high expectations of our future clients.

You’ll provide technical support and guidance to our sales and project teams on food processing capabilities and food safety standards.

You’ll assist our clients in testing and developing their products at our facility, training and advising them to optimize recipe development on our equipment efficiently and effectively.

You’ll also be eager to work hands-on with our machines, developing a deep understanding of their functionality and maximizing their performance.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills, independence, and conceptual thinking.
• A Master of Science in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Safety; alternatively, a Bachelor of Science with several years of experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of process equipment is a plus.
• Experience with process diagrams, hygienic design, and process flow charts.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ideally based in Central Netherlands.
