The OMVE MPV-FE vessels are designed to help you launch your lab and pilot fermentation projects in a fast, easy and controlled way.

The process is fully automated. Your only requirement is to set the required temperature and time profile, fill up the vessel and start the fermenter. You can even program it to run overnight, knowing that all the critical control points (CCPs) are being accurately monitored and recorded via the human machine interface (HMI).
Once a specific temperature and time profile has been set, it can be saved for future trials. A gate mixer, pH-sensor and temperature sensor are included with our atmospheric fermentation vessels as standard.

OMVE MPV220-FE up to MPV3600-FE atmospheric fermenters are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from lab-size (20L) up to pilot-size (600L). The available vessel sizes are 20L, 50L, 100L, 200L, 400L and 600L.
