Direct steam injection (DSI) requires a highly accurate control of the steam. Furthermore, the addition of the flash tank and the flash tank pump makes most DSI systems difficult to control and clean.
OMVE has designed a fully sanitary DSI system that offers a high level of automation to make the operation as user-friendly as possible.
The system is available as a standalone unit or can be fully controlled through the HT320 system. The nominal capacity ranges from 20 liters up to 1000L/h.
