OMVE’s MPV231BL Blending Vessel is a compact, high-performance solution designed for precise mixing and formulation of liquid food products in R&D and pilot plant environments. Engineered for flexibility and efficiency, this atmospheric blending vessel is ideal for developing, testing, and scaling recipes in industries such as dairy, beverages, sauces, and nutraceuticals.
With the 30 or 50 liter product tank, the system is built in a compact frame and is placed on wheels for easy transportation.
The blending vessel can be connected to OMVE carbonation vessels and UHT systems for easy transfer of the product.
