Integrated and easy

OMVE’s HP303 inline high-pressure homogenizers are the most complete homogenizers available on the market. Our homogenizers are supplied with two homogenization valves with dedicated pressure gauges as standard. They also come with three plungers and running dry protection on the cooling water.

Our homogenizers are fully compliant with 3A standards and all elastomers are FDA approved. This equipment can be connected to and controlled through our pasteurizer and sterilizer systems. When integrated with one of our heat treatment units, cavitation protection, flow-control and temperature sensors can be installed to monitor the critical control points (CCPs). All CCPs are visible via the human machine interface (HMI) on the HTST-UHT unit.

The HP303 is available with different capacities and is suitable for pilot plants ranging from 30L/h up to 500L/h.
