International Sales Consultant

 

Work on international sales projects and make an impact at the forefront of the food industry.

As an International Sales Consultant at OMVE Netherlands B.V., you ensure that customer needs in Research & Development are translated into suitable, technically sound solutions.
You work with international agents, key accounts, and global accounts such as Nestlé, Danone, and Coca-Cola, and actively contribute to OMVE’s further growth. In doing so, you actively monitor market developments and know how to translate them into concrete commercial opportunities. No standard processes, but tailor-made solutions where your commercial insight and sound advice are essential.

What will you be doing?

  • You advise clients on process solutions for R&D and pilot production.
  • You support and expand our global agent network.
  • You manage complex international sales processes from lead to order.
  • You prepare quotations in collaboration with engineering.
  • You negotiate technical and commercial terms.
  • You maintain strong, long-term relationships with international accounts.
  • You identify market developments and respond proactively to them.


What do you bring?

  • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial or technical field.
  • At least two years of work experience in international sales.
  • You have a commercial mindset and know how to turn opportunities into successful projects.
  • Good command of English and a second language (French, Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel (up to approximately 25%).
  • Affinity with technology.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Residing within a radius of 50 km from our office in De Meern, Utrecht.

  • A gross salary that allows you to grow as a mid-level professional to €5,500 gross per month (full-time). We base this on your applicable experience.
