Tunnel pasteurizers are used to eliminate any residual bacteria in food and beverage products after sealing. Large pasteurization tunnels are an unnecessary R&D expense due to the relatively small batch sizes that are used in testing.
The HT205 system is a mini tunnel pasteurizer. Adjustable parameters allow the operator to replicate a wide range of full-size production scenarios while minimizing power and water usage, as well as the time and product quantity needed for pasteurization.
This system includes a temperature sensor that can be placed inside a dummy bottle to control the coldest spot inside a specific bottle. The system calculates the pasteurization value (PU-value) and, supported by the powerful heating capacity, allows you to set a very fast heating curve that accurately replicates your industrial process.
