The OMVE FS215 Asepto-Fill® is an automated system designed for precise, aseptic filling of pre-sterilized bottles, enabling consistent sampling from large product batches while maintaining complete sterile integrity. This system utilizes an integrated conveyor belt and automatic nebulization to prepare bottles and the internal cabinet for operation. It executes a three-stage sequence—uncapping, precise volumetric filling, and re-capping—all within a controlled, sterile environment, and is engineered for easy CIP/SIP cleaning. By automating this complex process and requiring only a single operator, the FS215 Asepto-Fill® significantly increases efficiency, minimizes labor costs, and provides traceability for Critical Control Points, with a nominal capacity of 100-200 L/h.
